Rebooking requests by email are free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Only one free rebooking per ticket is allowed. Cancellation fees: up to 24 hours before departure €10.00; less than 24 hours €15.00. Cancellations within 12 hours are not possible. Tickets under €17.00 are non-refundable. Partial refunds are excluded.
Persons under 18 require written parental consent. Children under 10 may not travel alone.
Passengers with a disability card travel at the reduced child fare. Companions marked 'B' on the disability card travel free of charge.
An unused ticket will not be refunded after the fact. The same cancellation conditions apply. Refunds after the travel date are excluded.
The bus stop marked 'Allgäu Airport Express' is located directly in front of the main entrance of Allgäu Airport Memmingen. Buses are ready approximately 20 minutes before departure.
Each passenger may bring one piece of hand luggage (H45×W22×D33 cm) in the cabin and one suitcase (max. 23 kg, H74.5×W49.5×D27.5 cm) in the hold free of charge. Additional luggage is possible for a fee. Oversized luggage (bikes, skis, golf clubs) must be pre-registered.
Foldable wheelchairs can be transported free of charge. Wheelchair users pay the child fare. Registered companions travel free of charge.

No, return tickets cannot be booked on the spot. Please book your return trip in advance online.
Please report lost items within 24 hours by email to info@aaexpress.de. Lost property is kept for 4 weeks and then disposed of. Postal delivery is not possible.
